Background
The Long Dock playground will be replaced in Fall 2025 as part of a 10-year playground replacement schedule.
The Town manages close to 30 playgrounds in its parks throughout the community. Typically, a playground reaches the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced approximately 20 years after installation. The Long Dock playground was installed in 2001 and is due for replacement in 2025.
