The purpose of the CIP is to adopt a program that will allow for opportunities that encourage the redevelopment, revitalization, and improvement of private lands throughout the entire municipality by offering a variety of financial incentives. The updated CIP will replace the three (3) previously development CIPs and will allow for increased access by businesses and property owners in the municipality to apply for potential municipal funding opportunities and Bruce County’s Spruce the Bruce Program.
