Part of the site is proposed for a neighbourhood park featuring high-quality recreational features amenities and natural spaces. The site will also include a mix of low-rise apartments and townhouses that are the subject of a Zoning by-law Amendment application.

The purpose of this meeting is to present park concept options and gather public input on the park’s design, including its integration and connection with the existing neighbourhood and future residential uses, park features, and layout. Information about the proposed residential development will also be shared, with opportunities for further public input to be provided at a later date.
